I added as much wrath regeneration as I could but the regeneration is still too slow. I can't continuously use my attacks because I run out of wrath too fast and have to wait for it to refill.

Wrath Regen is only a small part of it, try adding Resource Cost Reduction that should help with it draining too fast

Yes and I tried adding resource reduction cost before even with both I run out too fast. I'm trying to see if there is a way to add more than just 3-4 wrath per second in all 6 Affix but I can't figure it out.

3 sockets

3-4 * 6 = 18 - 24

(3-4 * 7 = 21 - 28) * 3 = 63 - 84 + 18-24 = 81-108

This can be done on 1 ring with 3 gems all you have to do is math it  81-108 wrath per second is a lot.

another ring  with resource

3 sockets

8-10  * 6 = 48- 60

(8-10 * 7 = 56- 70) * 3 = 168- 210+ 48-60= 216-270

with a cost of 30 wrath max per cast and a reduction of 216-270 this makes the first ring pointless.. but this is the math behind how to get  infinite resources

this is a game of math if you want to do stuff you will have to math it out..

Try making some regular gems with max wrath and resource regeneration and stick those in your armor. Also, check skills and passives to see what could help regeneration or perhaps the specific skills that you are using.

Keep trying because there is no doubt you can make a character with wrath that will always remain full.
